Every EL Construction project — from a single ADA cut to a 50,000 sq ft warehouse slab — runs through one of our direct crews. The same foreman who signs your quote is the foreman who walks the punch-list with you. That's not common in this market, and it's why our work doesn't have an excuse list.

Maricopa County soils are tricky: caliche near the foothills, expansive clay across east Tempe and Mesa, alluvial fill across the central basin, decomposed granite around Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. We engineer footings, slabs and foundations to the soil — not to a one-size-fits-all spec sheet.
