Flooring FAQ
Do you supply the flooring or do I?+
Either way. We can quote labor-only on owner-supplied material, or include material at our wholesale rate. We're transparent about both.
Can you install over existing tile?+
Sometimes — depends on substrate, height differential, and the new tile size. We'll tell you honestly when removal is the better answer.
What about cracked grout?+
We use polymer-modified grout and seal it. Cracking usually traces back to substrate movement, not grout — we address the cause.
Do you do commercial flooring?+
Yes — light commercial: retail, office, medical. Heavy industrial floor coatings (epoxy, urethane) we sub to a specialty partner.
